The contracting supplier is Demapal Ltd. Booking documents and invoices may display the PA Hire London brand alongside the registered company name. The equipment, services and attendance hours supplied are those agreed in the booking confirmation.

Our Terms and Conditions explain quotations, booking acceptance, payment, cancellation, equipment responsibilities and service support. Before confirmation, the booking details identify the equipment, agreed work, dates, access arrangements, price and payment requirements.
A booking becomes binding when we confirm acceptance in writing and receive the advance payment required for that booking, unless we expressly agree another payment arrangement. Applicable booking details and Terms are supplied in a form you can retain.
VAT: Demapal Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT. VAT is not added to our charges while we are unregistered. The quotation and invoice explain the applicable tax position and the agreed hire, delivery, setup and other charges. Consumer prices include the unavoidable charges applicable to the agreed booking.

Wireless radio use in the United Kingdom is subject to the relevant Ofcom licensing requirements or a valid exemption. Where a hire involves use under our UK Wireless Microphone Licence, we provide the applicable written Permit to Use and operating conditions for that arrangement.
The booking and permit identify the relevant arrangements; follow their frequency, location, date and other conditions. Further information is available in section 11 of our Terms and Conditions and from Ofcom’s wireless microphone guidance. Contact us before booking if your venue or procurement team needs licensing information.
