At a glance: your booking confirms the equipment and services agreed. Images and audience guides need context. Our contractual duties, confidentiality commitments and your statutory rights continue to apply.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
PA Hire London is a trading name of Demapal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11059790. We operate www.pahire.london. Our registered office and correspondence address is 16 Upper Woburn Place, London WC1H 0AF, United Kingdom. Visits and collection are by prior arrangement.
This notice concerns website information. Read it alongside our Terms and Conditions, your agreed quotation and booking confirmation. It does not replace those documents or an applicable signed agreement. Full company and contact details appear on our Legal page.
Back to contents2. Information, prices and availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate. General guides, example systems and indicative availability help you plan an enquiry. The equipment models, quantities, dates, hire period, services, attendance hours and price for your event are confirmed in your quotation and booking.
If we identify an error before accepting a booking, we will explain the correction so you can decide whether to proceed. A confirmed booking is changed only in accordance with the contract and applicable law. This page does not give us a general right to increase an agreed price or replace essential equipment without agreement.
Nothing in this notice removes the effect of information about us or our services that is binding under applicable law, including information a consumer takes into account when deciding to book or making a decision about the service afterwards.
Back to contents3. Images, illustrations and AI-generated visuals
Some promotional images, including social-sharing visuals, are AI-generated illustrations of possible event settings. Illustrative rooms, equipment combinations, layouts and views do not establish that we supplied a real event, that a venue endorses us, or that every pictured item is available or included.
We distinguish illustrative material from genuine event photographs where that distinction matters to your understanding of the offer. Equipment models and quantities for your booking are confirmed separately. An illustrative image does not override an accurate product description or a specific promise we make.
A general disclaimer cannot correct a misleading main claim or image. If a visual or caption leaves an important detail unclear, contact us so that we can clarify it before you book.
Back to contents4. Audience sizes, sound coverage and technical guidance
Audience numbers, wattage descriptions and example package sizes are planning guides. Suitable sound coverage depends on room dimensions, acoustics, seating, background noise, speaker and microphone positions, programme content and the required sound level.
Tell us about your venue, audience, presenters, playback sources and any essential requirements, including accessibility or a required venue-system feed. We can then discuss an appropriate system and any assessment or testing needed. A wattage figure alone does not establish suitability for a particular event.
We remain responsible for advice given with reasonable care and skill and for suitability requirements we expressly accept. These explanations do not reduce an agreed performance commitment.
Back to contents5. Equipment hire, setup and live support
The following examples explain different service scopes; they are not fixed packages or prices. Your booking confirmation identifies what is included and the relevant attendance hours.
| Service | Scope to agree for your booking |
|---|---|
| Equipment-only hire | The agreed equipment, operating instructions and handover arrangements. You nominate a suitable person to operate the system in accordance with the agreed instructions. |
| Delivery, setup and handover | Delivery, installation, agreed connections and a reasonable soundcheck within the booked access arrangements. Remaining throughout the event to operate the system requires a separate agreement. |
| Live technical support | A technician attends for the agreed work and hours. Extra rooms, programme extensions, recording, streaming or additional feeds need to be agreed if they are outside that scope. |
Delivery, collection, access times and any out-of-hours attendance are arranged for the particular booking. Website access or the ability to send an enquiry does not mean equipment or a technician is available immediately.
Back to contents6. Wireless microphones, venue systems and safe use
Radio conditions, acoustic feedback, venue connections and third-party devices can affect performance. No system can guarantee the absence of interference or feedback in every environment. Wireless equipment must be used within the applicable licence or licence-exemption conditions and any agreed venue arrangements.
Tell us about venue restrictions and existing AV systems before booking. Integration depends on the connections, permissions and access agreed. Follow the supplied operating and safety instructions, including agreed arrangements for power, cable routes, sound levels, weather protection and equipment positioning.
Specific requirements for spare equipment, encryption, monitoring or response times must be discussed and included in the booking where agreed. Environmental or third-party factors do not excuse our own defective equipment, negligent setup or failure to provide the agreed services. See sections 9–11 of our Terms and Conditions.
Back to contents7. Recordings, privacy and confidentiality
Ordinary PA or microphone hire does not include recording, streaming, transcription or permission for us to publish your event. These activities require separate arrangements covering the agreed work, necessary permissions, participant information, access, security, delivery and retention.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. An applicable signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or data-processing agreement continues to govern its subject matter. This notice does not expand approved recipients or providers, remove confidentiality restrictions or authorise publicity.
Using AI to create promotional illustrations does not authorise us to submit identifiable confidential customer or participant information to a public or general-purpose AI service, or to use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Any proposed processing must comply with the separately agreed lawful arrangements and applicable confidentiality and data-protection duties.
Back to contents8. External links, manufacturers and third parties
Links to manufacturers, venues or other external websites may help explain equipment or services. Their content and their own handling of information are subject to their terms and privacy information. We do not control later changes to those sites.
Product and manufacturer names identify the relevant equipment; their trade marks belong to their respective owners. A reference or link does not, by itself, imply an endorsement or formal partnership. We remain responsible for our own statements and for work for which we are responsible under your contract and applicable law.
Back to contents9. Website access, errors and contact
Maintenance, technical faults or network problems may interrupt website access. If you cannot access information or believe a description is incorrect, email info@demapal.com or telephone +44 20 7183 6090.
For a booking change, cancellation or complaint, follow the relevant instructions in our Terms and Conditions. A website fault does not itself alter an existing booking or remove either party’s contractual obligations or legal rights.
Back to contents10. Liability and your legal rights
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your applicable consumer rights, data-protection rights and the powers of regulators are preserved.
Liability relating to a booking is addressed in section 19 of our Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law and any relevant separately agreed provisions. This Disclaimer creates no additional blanket exclusion or liability cap. The business-customer fee cap in those Terms does not apply to consumers.
Back to contents11. Updates and contact details
This is version 1.0, last updated on 31 October 2026. We may update it as website content or services change. A later website version does not, by itself, amend an existing booking, signed NDA or data-processing agreement.
